Founded with the first steps taken by Necati Kurmel in 1967, Kurmel Holding has grown into a strong and influential organization that today operates in the fields of mining, textiles, construction, agriculture, and livestock, providing employment for hundreds of people and making significant contributions to the national economy.

Kurmel Holding holds a strong position in Turkey through its companies operating in the mining sector—Ak Metal Madencilik, Gümüştaş Madencilik, Horzum Madencilik, Pınar Madencilik, Esen Madencilik; in the textile sector with Saray Halı; in the agriculture and livestock sector with Saray Tarım ve Hayvancılık; and in the building materials sector with AVTAV Akustik, along with various construction and real estate companies.

Across the diverse regions of our country where we operate, we continuously set forward-looking goals supported by our commitment to quality, reputation, reliability, strong financial structure, and international collaborations.

The high level of energy and the restructuring process we have initiated among our group companies have enabled us to take significant steps toward becoming an international organization that generates greater added value. As Kurmel Holding, while we invest in new initiatives that will carry us into the future, we also continue our reorganization efforts within our group companies without slowing down.
