Opening Speech
In his opening remarks, Provincial Director of Food and Agriculture Özkan Kayacan emphasized that small enterprises need to grow, and that Saray Agricultural Enterprises serves as a “school” for local farmers and a model for the institution itself.
Kayacan stated:
“If you want to have a voice in the world, you need to eat more meat. You need sufficient protein. Our brainpower depends on meat consumption. To be able to consume more meat, we need to increase the number of organizations like Saray across the country. As an institution, we will facilitate the way for the private sector.”
